1. Definitions

Website – LLC “Megapolis Group,” located at www.megapolisgroup.ae
Website Administration – LLC “Megapolis Group,” address: 2 Komsomola Street, St. Petersburg, phone: >+7 (812) 565-13-49.
User – an individual submitting personal information through the feedback form on the website for further processing by the Website Administration.
Feedback Form – a form on the website under sections like “Order a Catalog” or “Request a Quote,” where the User provides personal information to the Website Administration.

2. General Provisions

2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administration, that defines the procedure for processing and protecting User information obtained via the feedback form on the Website. 

2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to safeguard User data, including personal information, from unauthorized access and disclosure. 

2.3. The relationship in connection with the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of User information shall be governed by this Privacy Policy and the laws of the Russian Federation. 

2.4. The current version of this Privacy Policy is a public document developed by the website administration, and is accessible for any Internet user via a hyperlink on the consent with the privacy policy. 

2.5. The Website Administration may amend the Privacy Policy. 

2.6. The website administration will notify users of any amendment made to the privacy policy by publishing the updated version of the privacy policy on the Website www.megapolisgroup.ae. 

When the updated version of the Privacy Policy is published on the website, previous versions of the privacy policy will be archived by the Website Administration. 

2.8. By submitting information through the feedback form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy. 

2.9. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of User information received (collected).

3. Terms and Purposes of Collection and Processing of User Personal Data

3.1. Personal data such as name, surname, email, phone number, company name are submitted to the Website Administration with the User’s consent.

3.2. By submitting personal data to the Website Administration using the feedback form, the User consents to the transmission of its personal data for feedback purposes, including providing consultation on services, request estimate, answering questions.

3.3. The Website Administration shall process User information, including User personal data, including name, surname, email, phone number, company name, as well as any additional User information provided by the Users at their discretion.

3.4. Personal Data is processed upon the principles of: a) legality of purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith; b) conformity of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes pre-determined and declared when collecting personal data; c) conformity of the volume and nature of the personal data processed with the methods of and purposes of personal data processing; d) inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.

3.5. The website administration shall process User’s personal data with their consent for the purpose of providing additional services in favor of the website user.

9.2. User inquiry shall include:
– User’s or its legal representative’s identity document number
– Date of issue of the above document, issuing authority
– Registration date via feedback form
– Free-form inquiry text
– User’s or its legal representative’s signature

9.3. The website administration shall review and respond to the user’s inquiry within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

9.4. Any correspondence received by the administration from the user (requests in written/electronic form) is restricted information and is not subject to disclosure without the user’s written consent. Personal data and other information of the requesting user may not be used without the user’s special consent other than to respond to the topic of the received inquiry, or in cases expressly provided for by law.
