A location near the Young Spectator Theatre was bathed in light: ahead of the New Year holidays, a magical gingerbread house appeared, along with beloved characters from the “KikiRiki” animated series. This was a true gift for the city’s little residents: the structures were created using augmented reality technology.
By pointing their smartphone cameras at the windows of the house, viewers could watch a video about Santa’s preparations for the New Year, and the KikiRiki characters began to move, allowing children to take photos with them: they looked quite alive in the photos. Watch the video about this project!
